The Fitness Training Studio LLC is open by appointment only. We work around your schedule. At the present time.. Sarah Wittig is taking new clients. Afternoons, evenings and weekends are available. We are unique because we are an alternative to a big gym or fitness center. We specialize in a workout that is designed with the clients needs and wants..whether you are training for an event or just trying to get "back into shape", we can help you.
